Off The Path was born out of over two decades of wandering. After journeying across more than 110 countries — often solo and far from the tourist radar — our founder Jack realized it was time to share the magic he’d found: the joy of slow travel, the richness of cultural connections, and the beauty of the unknown.
From sleeping under the stars in the African desert to sharing tea with strangers in Iran, hiking through Eritrea, and cycling across forgotten villages in South China, Jack’s journeys have never been about luxury, but about authenticity. And that same spirit drives everything we do at Off The Path.
Our Philosophy
We work with local people who actually live in the places we visit. These aren't just guides reading from scripts—they're storytellers who are genuinely excited to show you their home.

Off The Path operates from the United Arab Emirates, perfectly positioned as a gateway between East and West. Our UAE base allows us to efficiently organize expeditions across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, while Jack's global experience ensures we can take you anywhere the unknown calls.
