Day 1 — Arrival & Shkodra
Airport pick-up and transfer to Shkodra, a lively northern Albanian town framed by mountains and Lake Shkodra.
First walk through the old streets and introduction to the region that will define the days ahead.
Overnight in Shkodra.
Day 2 — Koman Lake & Valbona
Early departure toward Koman Lake for one of the most scenic ferry rides in the Balkans. Steep cliffs rise straight from emerald waters as we cross deeper into the Albanian Alps.
Arrival in Valbona Valley and time to settle into this remote mountain landscape.

Day 3 — Valbona to Theth
Today we hike from Valbona to Theth — one of the most iconic trails in the Albanian Alps. Crossing a high mountain pass, we take in sweeping views of rugged peaks and deep valleys.
Arrival in Theth and well-earned rest.

Day 4 — Crossing into Montenegro
We leave Theth and cross into Montenegro, entering the dramatic Grebaje Valley. Limestone peaks rise sharply above wide alpine meadows, giving the area a wild and open feel.
A more relaxed afternoon to enjoy the landscape at a slower pace.
Overnight in Grebaje Valley.
Day 5 — Talijanka Peak
Hike toward Talijanka Peak, one of the most striking viewpoints in the Prokletije range. From the summit, the views stretch across the Albania–Montenegro borderlands — raw, vast and unforgettable.
In the afternoon, we descend and continue toward Podgorica.

Day 6 — Skadar Lake & Return to Tirana
Morning stops at scenic viewpoints overlooking Lake Skadar, one of the largest lakes in Southern Europe.
In the afternoon, we return to Tirana.

Day 7 — Mount Dajti & Shengjergj Waterfall
Explore the natural surroundings of Tirana with a hike on Mount Dajti, offering wide views over the capital.
Later, visit Shengjergj Waterfall — a refreshing end to the trekking days.

Day 8 — Final Hours in Albania
Depending on departure time, we may explore Kruja’s hilltop old town or hike toward Zeza Gorge.
Otherwise, enjoy a final stroll in Tirana before airport transfer.
End of the journey.
